We use a network of factories to make boards, so our shipping rates vary based on the factory's location and customer. All rates will be calculated at checkout. 

Returns 

Every surfboard we create is 100% custom — your board is made uniquely for you. This inhibits our ability to re-stock or re-sell surfboards, which means we are unable to accept returns. This is the standard policy for custom surfboards throughout the industry. 

However, we’re confident in our materials, manufacturing and ability to bring your vision to life. If you have any questions or concerns upon receiving your custom surfboard, please send us an email.
