We'd love to. To start, you can take our quiz — which will automatically design a data-driven board tailored to your needs. If you know some of what you want your board to look like but not everything, our design tool allows you to defer feature-specific decisions to our knowledgeable and experienced team of board builders.

When creating those, we analyzed the dimensions and curves of hundreds of surfboards as well as data from over a thousand surfers. The spreadsheets weren’t pretty, but we’re confident in the data we gathered and the formulas we built.

Our volume calculator is based on the average we found after analyzing hundreds of surfboards. But those boards were then, and Custom is now. Schedule a call with us, and we'll bring your idea to life exactly as you envision it.

Usually, yes. But — due to the nature of our production methods — it's hard for us to guarantee or put a universal price tag on. If you want art on your board, email us, and we'll see what we can do.

Absolutely. Our goal was to keep the design tool as user-friendly as possible, which meant we had to leave some things out. But, we're happy to build you an asymmetric board or anything else that our design tool doesn't account for — such as fin configurations, alternative materials or rail foil. If it's possible, we'll find a way to build it. Just reach out.

Since each surfboard is custom-built, the production time may vary. We strive to ship Custom boards within six weeks, which is the surf industry standard. If your board takes longer than expected, we'll be honest and update you along the way.

We'll automatically do this for you if you order two boards with the same account in the same week. However, if you want to order boards with some friends and split the shipping cost, email us.
